There’s something wrong with me.  I’m still baking cookies!

I found a recipe for a Peppermint Mocha Chocolate Chip cookie… but that meant I was hunting ingredients down.  I had to order more peppermint crunch online, and after checking three different stores, I finally caved and ordered espresso powder online as well.  The cookie was worth it, but for crying out loud…. I would BUY THINGS at actual brick-and-mortar stores if I could FIND THEM THERE.

Oh, and my Gingerbread Biscotti keeps getting wiped out, so had to make more.

I have to stop at some point, right?  RIGHT???

Sometimes, he’s just so adorable, you have to take a picture to remember it always.

This is becoming an annual tradition at youth group – the ugly Christmas sweater party!

Both Ane and Tad had outgrown their previous Christmas sweaters, so I went shopping early for Tad, and Ane ordered a new one for herself over a month ago.  They were totally prepared for this party.

Yes, those are caroling sharks on Tad’s sweater.  And Ane’s sweater says “Merry Stitchmas,” if you couldn’t tell.

Tad’s sweater is quite big on him, so I’m hoping he’ll get some good wear out of it for a couple of Christmases!  Starting with ugly sweater spirit day at school this week!

Remember that I was talking about Thumper’s old Christmas shirt?

This was from two years ago.

And this was from last year. So I did get two years out of that shirt.  It was a Gymboree shirt – and boy, do I miss shopping at Gymboree.  I do hope that it will come back with some good things when it officially opens up with The Children’s Place stores next year!
